Our family has been serving up fantastic bar-b-q in Houston, Texas, since 1964. A natural evolvement at Demeris was the establishment of a catering division in the early 1980's.
Demeris Catering has grown the last 30 years and is now the 3rd largest caterer in Houston as listed by the Houston Business Journal (HBJ) Book of Lists. We have the staff and experience to accommodate functions for as many as 20,000 people. With the advent of the catering division, we brought on a whole new line of menus. Bar-b-q is no longer our only speciality.
